Under the purely artistic supervision, "Vila-sister" is undoubtedly one of the masterpieces of Lesja Ukrainka’s work as the perfect form and the structure of the whole.

In theory, I have more earnings now, because the norm of my fee has been increased, but in practice the damned weakness "plunged me" because it does not allow to do anything from the very moment of arrival. (June 20, 1913. To M. V. Krivynyuk)
