The villa is in the background, behind the pink fence of the estate № 3a.

Lesja Ukrainka and Kliment Kvitka rented an apartment at this villa in early April 1907. At that time, the villa had an address – Gorny Prospekt (now Pavlenko street). Here Lesja Ukrainka ended the dialogue «Aisha and Mohammed", a dramatic poem «Cassandra». In late May or early June 1907, they left for village Berezhtsi.
