Lesja Ukrainka came from Kyiv to Lviv on October 8 (21), 1902 and stayed in M. Pavlyk’s apartment. At that time, he lived on the Lublin Union street, 5 (now it is M. Krivonosa Street).
On October 9 (22) she visited Ivan Franko at his (now – 152 I. Franka Street) and in the editorial office of the "Literary-Scientific Bulletin" (Vynnychenko, 26).
For the second time Lesja Ukrainka visited M. Pavlyk in this house, returning from San Remo to Kyiv, May 20-23 (June 2-5), 1903.
The memorable house at the specified address has not preserved. Now in its place is a house in the style of constructivism of the 1920-30s (pictured).
